Ms. Silverstein received her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Skidmore College , her Master of Social Work from University of Connecticut and advanced, post-graduate training at the
Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center, Inc. (formerly Philadelphia Child Guidance Training Center, founded by Dr. Salvadore Minuchin, MD) She has been mentored extensively by Dr. Yvonne Agazarian, Ed.D., the Founder of the
Systems-Centered Training & Research Institute. Ms. Silverstein has been licensed in Pennsylvania since 1998. While her success owes much to advanced education and training, even more important is her ability to genuinely connect with her clients. She is described as being warm and compassionate while also being able to gently encourage people to make the changes which will allow them more happiness.
